My goal when children come in for a session is simple: by the time they leave, I want to be their new best friend. Photography is about connection, and real expressions happen when a child feels safe and seen. I never expect kids to sit still or smile on command, I capture who they truly are, whether shy, silly, or full of energy.

Each session is child-led, so we play, laugh, and move at their pace. Some kids prefer calm and quiet, others love music and energy, and I adapt to both. My neutral-toned studio keeps the focus on your child’s personality and expressions.

1 - Lets book and plan

You can book your session by filling out my contact form or by calling or texting 949-922-7183. Once I hear from you, I’ll send a booking link where you can secure your date and share a little about yourself and your child. You’ll also receive a simple prep guide with everything you need to know to get ready for your session.

2 - On your session day

My Orange County children’s sessions typically start around 10 AM (depending on naps, of course). When you arrive, my goal is for everything to feel relaxed and stress free. We’ll spend a little time helping your child get comfortable, play some games, and maybe turn on some fun music, all while I capture sweet, natural photos of your kiddo.

3 - After your session

About two weeks after your session, you’ll receive an email with a link to your proof gallery. From there, you can select the images you’d like to include in your package and send me a quick text once you’re finished. I’ll then add your selections to my retouch queue, and once your images are fully edited, I’ll send you a final gallery. If you’ve ordered prints, they’ll be ready for pickup 2–3 weeks after your final gallery is delivered.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the sessions?

My sessions are approximately one hour, but I keep things flexible. As you know, children are unpredictable and every child is different. Some need a little time to warm up, while others are ready to jump right in. I’m known for having a lot of patience, so I take the time needed to make sure we capture what we need.

What if my child acts crazy?

If your child acts crazy during the session or won't sit still then guess what... you have a normal child! I encourage kids to act like kids in my studio. I believe this produces the best photos. We want their personality to come through.

This isn't my first rodeo. I have 3 kids of my own and I have been photographing kids for years. I have tons of tricks up my sleeve to have fun and capture the shots we need.

What I ask is that parents don't coach from the sidelines. Its just like soccer where you should let the coach do the coaching.

I do bribe with candy and prizes at the end of the session however, I will always check with you first. No peanuts of course!

Can the parents jump in some photos?

YES! I encourage this! You are here so we should definitely get some family shots!

Do you retouch blemishes/marks on my child's face?

Yes, your images will be professionally retouched so if your little one fell earlier in the week and got a shiner, I will fix it for you!
